Ich fand die Atmosphäre ganz besonders gut - es gab nicht so viel „Druck“ von den Dozenten, und dadurch konnte man auch wirklich stressfrei lernen und etwas mitnehmen. Außerdem ist es wirklich etwas besonderes, dass ihr ein so ganzheitliches Angebot hattet mit Femi und Vera und auch der Wimhof-Methode.

Ich fand die umfassende Betreuung der Teilnehmer ganz toll! Noch nie zuvor war ich auf einem Kurs mit einem derartigen ganzheitlichen Programm. Und natürlich die Motivation des Teams :)

Die Academy in ihrem Ganzen war einfach toll. Instrumentalunterricht und Workshops mit allen Coaches - ich könnte nicht aussuchen, was am tollsten war. Ein sehr tolles Erlebnis war sicherlich die Wimhof Methode und mir hat der Unterricht mit Karin wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

Besides excellent tutoring from Karin, especially that we got single lessons with Femi and Vera. I wasn't even aware beforehand that it will happen, so it was a very good surprise.

Great teachers and lovely atmosphere

Although I was in Academy also in the previous year I believe this one was even better and I learned even more! There is so much to take from this masterclass that it’s unbelievable. I think this is a top training course for musicians in the World. Apart from top class musicians there are also top class coaches and I feel extremely privileged to be able to work with them. The organisation and the concept of this masterclass is the best I have even seen or heard of. It’s targeting the musicians who are auditioning for the orchestra jobs which I believe is wonderful because most of other masterclasses are not so specific about the goal and purpose. I really enjoyed it and learned even more. Apart from flute and picc masterclasses I especially liked work with Vera, Femi, Wim-hof and Solar breathing. I think is a wonderful opportunity to really take care of your body and mind and upgrade your auditioning game.

Die Atmosphäre, ich habe mich besonders gut aufgehoben und unterstützt gefühlt. Jede*r hatte seinen Space und man war okay mit allen Schwierigkeiten, die man hatte und alle haben einander unterstützt und aufeinander geachtet. Das war wirklich toll.

Teil der Penthesilea Academy zu sein, war immer wieder aufs Neue eine wahnsinnig bereichernde Erfahrung. Was diese Academy besonders auszeichnet ist neben dem spannenden und inhaltlich wertvollem Kursangebot die Atmosphäre, welche ihr für alle Teilnehmenden schafft. Egal in welcher Phase der eigenen künstlerischen Entwicklung man sich gerade befindet - ihr und die Coaches holen einen genau dort ab und man bekommt das Gefühl vermittelt, dass es euch ein großes Anliegen ist unsere individuellen Stärken zu fördern, sowie bei Schwierigkeiten zur Seite zu stehen. Die Coaches und alle Teilnehmenden bilden eine sehr herzliche Gemeinschaft die zusammenarbeitet. Jedes Jahr habe ich mir eine Vielzahl wertvoller Tools aus meiner Zeit bei euch mitnehmen können, die mich positiv und langfristig bestärkt haben und auch weiterhin begleiten. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

The general atmosphere during the Academy. Everybody (students and coaches) was so friendly and open and it made the already good experience so much better.

There’s not only the amazing flute/piccolo lessons but also very helpful mental and physical balance sessions with Vera and Femi, which was a very special experience for me since I didn’t have much opportunity to do this before. And of course Wim Hof experience just blew my mind.

You offer various activities besides instrument coaching that is also importantly affect our development as a musicians.

I like the private and group lessons the most. Both coaches were very helpful and inspiring!

The open mindedness. That it included so many other mental components other than technical instrumental playing.
