The Penthesilea Academy and the events carried under the name "Penthesilea Classics" are organized by the Penthesilea Classics Association (ZVR number 1744625346).

The scope of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) includes the content and rights of the Penthesilea Academy website, the business relationships of the Penthesilea Classics Association, especially the purchase of tickets and participation in courses at the Penthesilea Academy (prices are visible on the website). Markus Kaar is responsible for the content of the website https://penthesilea.academy/.

The information visible on this website is checked and updated regularly by the Penthesilea Classics team. However, no guarantee is given for the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of the information.

Any use or exploitation of all content offered here, as well as the provided graphics and text documents, without the consent of Penthesilea Classics is not permitted.   1. Image and Sound Recordings during Events

All types of image and sound recordings are prohibited during concerts. By participating in approved film, photo, and sound recordings by the Penthesilea Classics Association, the visitor agrees to the recording of their person and any associated exploitation.

 

  1. Prevention Concept and Safety Regulations

The Penthesilea Academy and all events occurring during this masterclass are conducted in consideration of the state-mandated prevention measures to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. These measures are always adapted to the current situation. These safety regulations must be followed without exception.

 

  1. Ticket Sales

Concert tickets for events organized by Penthesilea Classics can be purchased from the moment they are linked with our online ordering system on the website https://penthesilea.academy/.

Online: Concert tickets can be purchased through the ordering system on our website. This is done through an automated process, which sends you an email to confirm the transaction.

Box Office: The box office opens one hour before the start of the event at the respective venue. If you have reserved tickets, please collect them half an hour before the start of the event.

 

  1. Ticket Reservation:

Email: Your tickets can also be ordered by email. Please specify how many tickets you want for which event, which price categories you choose, and under which name you reserve your tickets.

The ordered tickets can then be picked up and paid for at the box office from 1 hour up to 30 minutes before the start of the event. In this case, please pay the ticket price in cash.

Mailing concert tickets is not possible.

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal in distance selling according to § 11 FAGG does not apply to the purchase of tickets, as they are leisure services within the meaning of § 18 (1) Z 10 FAGG.

 

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Paid tickets and orders for the summer concerts of the Penthesilea Academy are binding and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Cancellation of ticket reservations must be announced up to one week before the start of the event, otherwise, the ticket price must be paid.

Please check the information on your tickets immediately upon receipt. If there are any errors, please inform Penthesilea Classics as soon as possible.

 

  1. Ticket Refunds for Covid-19

If attendance at a performance is not possible due to official measures to contain the Covid-19 pandemic, the ticket price will be refunded upon presentation of appropriate proof.

We ask you, on behalf of other guests and the organizer, not to attend events if you feel symptoms of COVID-19 or suspect you may be infected with the disease. In this case, the ticket price will be refunded.

 

  1. Replacement Tickets for Lost Tickets

Printed replacement tickets can only be issued upon presentation of the invoice and a photo ID. The original ticket loses its validity with the reprint.

 

  1. Commercial and Private Resale or Transfer

The purchase of tickets for commercial or commercial resale is prohibited. If a transfer of tickets occurs, it must be reported immediately to Penthesilea Classics.

 

  1. Changes in Cast and Program

Should there be changes in cast and program as well as changes in start times, this does not entitle to the return of tickets. If changes occur within a reasonable range, Penthesilea Classics will endeavor to inform the affected persons. However, we ask you to inform yourself about possible changes on our website https://penthesilea.academy/ if possible.

 

  1. Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation of a performance, the ticket price will be refunded to the customer within three weeks of the date of the respective event. If Penthesilea Classics is not responsible for the reason for the cancellation of the event, further claims on the part of the customers are excluded.

 

  1. Penthesilea Academy - Masterclass

General: Applications for the Penthesilea Academy are made via a form on the website. Course confirmation and further information will be provided after payment of the registration fee. Any changes will be announced continuously. The application deadline for the Penthesilea Academy 2024 is May 31, 2024. Penthesilea Classics cannot be held liable for the safety of the participants.

Cancellation of Registration: If registration is canceled up to two months before the start of the Academy, 50% of the course fee will be charged, up to one month before the start, 90% will be charged, and thereafter the full course fee as confirmed by the course confirmation.
