Dr. Veronika Jana Lubert

As a performance psychologist and coach, Dr. Veronika Jana Lubert supports musicians in enhancing their mental strength, boosting their confidence, and finding their optimal state for performing under pressure.

With an evidence-informed methodology tailored specifically for auditions, she combines aspects of mindfulness and attentional focus with a diverse array of self-regulation strategies.

Drawing from her background as a violinist and researcher, her approach is grounded in both practical expertise and academic insight.

She has worked with musicians internationally, in both individual settings and group workshops and seminars at institutions such as the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.

He is a member of the Trio Marc Chagall, the Theophil Ensemble Wien, the Ensemble Quart@art, the Ensemble Pro Brass and performs regularly with members of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, Vienna Symphony Orchestra, the RSO Vienna and the Bruckner Orchestra Linz.

Concerts and recitals have taken him to the Vienna Musikverein, the Vienna Konzerthaus, the Berlin, Cologne and Baden-Baden Freiburg Philharmonic Orchestras, Columbia University, the Austrian Cultural Forum in New York, the Palmklang Festival and the Brucknerhaus Linz.

Nikolaus is a solo répétiteur at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz and works as a piano teacher at the Upper Austrian State Music School.

Philippe Boucly

✨ Visiting Professor Flute

Born into a family of musicians in Mulhouse (France), Philippe Boucly received his training from such prominent flutists as Marcel Moyse, Roger Bourdin, James Galway, and Michel Debost.

As a student of Jean-Pierre Rampal, he won the first prize at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris in 1981.

Jean-Pierre Rampal said of him: "His dazzling technique and pure warm tone are always at the service of his great musicality, allowing him to flourish wonderfully as a soloist."

He is a prize winner of various music competitions, including Prague 1977, Paris 1976, and Barcelona 1982.

In 1979, Philippe Boucly became the principal flutist of the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, and from 1984, the principal flutist in the orchestra of the Deutsche Oper Berlin.

Since 1988, he has been the principal flutist in the Symphony Orchestra of the Bavarian Broadcasting in Munich. 

He has also performed with other major orchestras such as the Berlin Philharmonic, the Munich Philharmonic, the Bavarian State Orchestra, and has played under famous conductors like L. Bernstein, S. Celibidache, G. Solti, C.M. Giulini, C. Kleiber, L. Maazel, C. Abbado, B. Haitink, Z. Mehta, P. Boulez.

He will be joining the coaching team for 3 full days.

In Femi’s long career as a practitioner and expert in Pilates, Kung-Fu and Shiatsu, he has met people with a whole range of problems.

No two of them have been alike, and each case was unique. But they all had one thing in common: they were searching for more – better health, added time for themselves, more recreation.

Constant stress and demands for top performance strain the body in various ways. His clients include several musicians who suffer from wrist pain, back and shoulder problems.

But he not only supports you in finding the balance in your body again, but also in discovering and realising your own personal share of "more".

He offers various forms of approaches to our participants such as his self-developed breathing exercises, relaxing Shiatsu massages and gentle Kung-Fu, all of which are tailored to your personal needs and will be practiced in single coachings and group lessons.
